Structure is the canonical product shape Hermes uses to keep listings consistent across marketplaces. It captures the essentials so downstream enrichment stays predictable.

You can provide Structure directly or let Hermes derive it from images. When you already have Structure, pass it asoverrides.product to skip re-ingestion.
