Hermes lets you choose different models for Structure generation and listing enrichment. Start with a balanced tier, then move up when you need extra accuracy.

gpt-5.2: highest accuracy for tricky Structure and aspect work.
gpt-5-mini: balanced default for most workflows.
gpt-5-nano: fastest + lowest cost for high-volume tasks.
